MEMORIAL SERVICE

Officiating Jerry's memorial and military honors was Chaplain (COL) Andy Meverden, US Army, Retired.  A 40-year combat Veteran, Andy met Jerry at the Rocky Mountain Submarine Veterans group monthly meeting where they discussed life's amazing and unexpected blessings and honors.  One of those for Andy was serving as the chaplain for the nuclear-powered submarine USS Colorado commissioning ceremony in March of 2018.  Another, was meeting Jerry.  Chaplain Andy assists his wife, Myra, a USAF Veteran Nurse, who is the Submarine Base volunteer chaplain.
